Preserving Love Across the Miles: Michael & Heather’s Custom Wedding Keepsakes

Meet Michael and Heather! I first met Michael at a bridal expo, where he commissioned me to create custom resin monograms and decor for their wedding. His bride-to-be, Heather, lives in England, making this project even more special as a way to connect them across the miles. Later, when Heather was in town, we met up at Trader Joe’s to pick out a beautiful assortment of flowers together—a truly fun and memorable experience.

After carefully drying and preserving each bloom, I crafted a large ‘S’ along with smaller ‘M’ and ‘H’ letters to represent their initials, plus a mini arch and a ring and bracelet holder. Each piece captures the vibrant colors and delicate beauty of the flowers they selected, turning their wedding decor into lasting keepsakes.

Creating these pieces with Michael and Heather was such a joy, and I’m honored to be part of their love story! 🌸💍
